Are guest links private?
No. They are unlisted bearer links: hard to guess, served with noindex, and omitted from our sitemaps—but anyone with the URL can open one. Do not publish secrets or sensitive data.
What happens exactly at expiry?
The public URL starts returning Gone. Storage cleanup follows asynchronously, normally within 24 hours. Metadata may remain briefly for abuse prevention and operational recovery.
Can I keep a guest artifact?
Yes. Use the secret management link to sign in and claim it before expiry. The share URL stays the same and the free-account retention window applies.
Why is Pro not available in beta?
We want to validate deletion reliability, abuse controls, and the retention promise before accepting payment for durable storage.
